You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment.
We accept returns of most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Some items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's processing times.
Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and we will investigate the matter. We will work with you and your payment provider to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
In rare cases where a refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy.
